UAE company formation and corporate structure
We design and coordinate the incorporation of the company based on its actual activity, its shareholders, the market where it will operate, and its visa, banking and tax needs. Setting up a company can be relatively simple; choosing a structure that works properly afterwards requires more analysis.

When it applies
This applies when a company, business owner or investor wants to establish an entity in the UAE or review a structure before incorporating it.
Requirements
We usually need the passports of shareholders and managers, contact details, the planned activity, markets/clients, the number of visas, banking needs and, depending on the jurisdiction, additional documentation relating to address, experience or the parent company.
Timeframes
In simple structures, incorporation can be completed in as little as a few days. The overall timeframe depends on the jurisdiction, activity, external approvals, documentation and subsequent procedures such as the Establishment Card, visa and banking.
Common mistakes
Choosing on price alone; registering an activity that does not reflect actual operations; not thinking about banking, tax or visas; creating an oversized structure; assuming all free zones work the same way.
